Ahead of COP28 in Dubai, the stakes have never been higher and the expectations never lower. In two days, 70,000 people will be descending in Dubai and we spoke with one of them. Sandrine Dixson-Declève, President of the Club of Rome, makes the case for why we need to move beyond the business that has to happen and frames success as a pledge around fossil-fuel phase-down.
