EEAS: High Representative Borrell in Santander to direct the course “Quo Vadis Europa? The birth of a geopolitical Europe”

Senior Fellow Paul Taylor was featured in the EEAS for a session he will moderate entitled European Defence after the War in Ukraine, as part of a course held from 22 to 26 August and directed by High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission, Josep Borrell.
